About our Embroidery Digitizing service.

We look at each design individually. We look at things like, quality of supplied artwork, complexity of design, detail, and lettering size. Our pricing is competitive with other punchers/digitizers. We can supply digitizing/punching for most styles of embroidery.

Cost for Full Custom Digitizing

• Left Chest or Cap size -> contact us for a quote.
• Full Chest or Jacket Back size -> contact us for a quote.
• Other sizes or applications -> contact us for a quote.

Information we need from you:
This information is vital to a good design.

• Type or types of material the design will be applied to.
• Number of Colors.
• Machine functions.
• Brand of machine.
• Size of finished design

Accepted Artwork Formats:

• Printed
• Camera Ready Artwork (preferred)
• Bitmap Formats - GIF,BMP,PCX Etc.....
• Vector Formats - DXF
• Program Based Formats - CDR (Corel Draw thru v10.0)

• Brother and Babylock (PES)
• Viking (HUS)
