Question: How do I use your Embroidery Alphabet Designs?
Answer: For example purposes, we will use the Great Notions - Smart Sizer © program as the interface between our alphabet files and your software. 1. This example shows the initial Smart Sizer screen.

2. After you click on File Open you get a screen similar to this. Go to the disk that the files you want reside on and choose the file. You can choose from most embroidery formats to import.

3. After you choose the file it will be shown on the screen similar to this. If, at this time, you wish to bring in another letter click on File Merge.

4. After clicking on File Merge you will get a screen similar to the File Open screen. It too will allow you to pick from the disk containing the file you want to add to the existing one.

5. This shows the screen with both files on the pallette. If you wish to continue adding letters simply repeat step 4 until you are finished.

6. At this point you are ready to save the design into a format that your machine or software can read. Click on File Save As and you will get a screen like this that will allow you to choose the format to save your design into. We recommend using a new diskette and not the original alphabet design disk to save to.

At this point you have created your new design file and are ready to stitch away! We do not endorse any software shown as examples, but it does work for us.
